目的 :研究 0 .5 mol/L ,1.5 mol/L和 6 .1mol/L高渗 Na Cl溶液置栗鼠圆窗对耳蜗血流的影响。方法 :动物全身麻醉 ,暴露圆窗分别放置 0 .5 mol/L,1.5 mol/L 和 6 .1mol/L 的 Na Cl溶液棉片 ,利用激光多普勒血流仪测定 2 h内耳蜗血流 (CBF)改变情况。结果 :0 .5 mol/L ,1.5 mol/L和 6 .1mol/L三种 Na Cl溶液分别可提高 CBF 7.6 % ,2 4.5 %和35 .3%。结论 :Na Cl高渗溶液棉片置圆窗可增加耳蜗血流量 ,改善内耳血液循环 ,氯化钠手术治疗梅尼埃病的早期机制可能与此有关。
Objective: To study the effect of round window on the cochlea blood flow of 0.5 mol / L, 1.5 mol / L and 6.1 mol / L NaC solution. Methods: Animals were anesthetized and placed in the round window at 0. 5 mol / L, 1.5 mol / L and 6.1 mol / L of Na Cl solution. The laser Doppler flowmeter was used to measure the cochlear blood flow (CBF) to change the situation. Results: Three kinds of NaCl solutions of 0.5 mol / L, 1.5 mol / L and 6.1 mol / L increased CBF by 7.6%, 24.5% and 35.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The circular window of Na Cl hypertonic solution can increase cochlear blood flow and improve blood circulation in the inner ear. The early mechanism of sodium chloride surgery in the treatment of Meniere’s disease may be related to this.
