我国是目前世界上最大的煤炭生产国和消费国。清洁煤技术的推广可有效减少CO_2的排放,但需要考察其可能对经济产生的影响。本文通过构建宏观动态面板数据模型,利用该技术的产出和就业效应检验发现:能源的煤炭使用结构和单位GDP的煤炭CO_2排放强度与当期产出和就业存在正向效应,与下期产出和就业存在负向效应。相关结论是:不间断连续推进清洁煤技术,可以获得在减少CO_2排放的同时,兼顾产出和就业持续增长的效果。
Our country is the largest coal producer and consumer in the world at present. The promotion of clean coal technology can effectively reduce CO 2 emissions, but it needs to examine the possible economic impact. By building a macro-dynamic panel data model and using the output and employment effects of this technology, it is found that coal use structure of energy and coal-CO2 emission intensity per unit of GDP have a positive effect on current output and employment, Employment has a negative effect. The relevant conclusion is: uninterrupted and continuous promotion of clean coal technology, can be achieved in reducing CO 2 emissions, both output and employment continue to grow effect.
