本文报道若干种纯金属元素及其配合对体外人类精子活力的影响。在普通载玻片上系两条平片的试验金属带,每条70×4×0.2毫米,彼此间距为0.2毫米。在第一实验组中,两条金属带为同一种金属。在第二实验组中,两条金属带为两种不同的金属。每个样品以大小相同的3条玻璃带为对照,与上述样品进行比较。优质的精液标本来源于证明有生育力至少3天无性生活者。每毫升精液含有100万精子以上,其活力至少有80%。精液中加入任氏液,其比例为1:2。混匀后,取1滴(0.2毫升)混合物,置于载玻片上的金属带之间,并加以盖玻片,然后置37℃饱和湿度温孵2—5小
This article reports the effects of several pure metallic elements and their complexes on in vitro human sperm motility. Two plain strips of test metal tape were mounted on a conventional glass slide, each 70 x 4 x 0.2 mm apart from each other for a distance of 0.2 mm.
