目的通过对以咽痛和(或)发热为首诊症状的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者的分析,提高耳鼻喉科医生对该病的认识,避免误诊。方法对首诊于耳鼻喉科的6例HIV感染者的病史、临床表现及实验室检查等进行回顾性分析。结果 6例患者中3例为扁桃体炎,2例为口腔念珠菌感染,1例为咽喉部Kaposi肉瘤。结论以咽痛为首诊的艾滋病患者,结合病史、临床表现及血清学检查可确诊,耳鼻喉科医生应予以重视。
OBJECTIVE To improve the understanding of the otolaryngologist against misdiagnosis by analyzing the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection with sore throat and / or fever as the first diagnosis symptom. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the history, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of 6 HIV-infected patients who were first diagnosed as otolaryngology. Results Of the 6 patients, 3 were tonsillitis, 2 were Candida albicans, and 1 was Kaposi sarcoma in the throat. Conclusion Patients with AIDS who are first diagnosed with sore throat can be diagnosed with history, clinical manifestations and serological tests, and otolaryngologists should pay attention to it.
