一般资料:男17例,女2例。年龄31～60岁14例,>60岁5例。发病诱因:食鱼及高蛋白饮食6例,饮酒8例,劳累受凉10例,无明显诱因3例。临床表现:所有的病例都有急性关节炎的发作,呈慢性关节炎伴痛风石形成2例,其中1例双侧(?)趾内侧溃烂,分泌物中有尿酸盐结晶,另1侧耳右廓、双手食指均有多个痛风结节,死于肾衰1例。实验室检查:急性发作时白细胞总数及中性白细胞呈轻至中度升高14例,尿常规8例异常,血沉10例升高,为30～130mm/小时。肾功5例异常,急性发作时全部测血尿酸为276.75～952μmol/L。追踪复查每例都有达正常高限水平(416.5μmol/L)。局部关节摄片12例,骨质破坏1例,结石2
General information: 17 males and 2 females. 14 cases aged 31 to 60 years old, 5 cases> 60 years old. Incidence: eating fish and high protein diet in 6 cases, 8 cases of drinking, fatigue and cold in 10 cases, no obvious incentive in 3 cases. Laboratory tests: acute exacerbation of leukocytes and neutrophils was mild to moderate increase in 14 cases, 8 cases of abnormal urine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased in 10 cases, 30 ~ 130mm / hour. 5 cases of abnormal renal function, acute attack of all measured uric acid 276.75 ~ 952μmol / L. Follow-up review of each case up to the normal high level (416.5μmol / L). Local joint radiography in 12 cases, 1 case of bone destruction, stones 2
