目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在T2DM及肥胖发生发展中的可能作用。方法选取T2DM组71例和糖调节正常(NGR)组63名,根据BMI分为超重/肥胖(OW/OB)及体重正常(NW)亚组,检测各亚组SBP、DBP、WC、FPG、2hPG、FIns和HSP70等指标,计算BMI、WHR、体内脂肪含量(BF%)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 T2DM组血清HSP70水平低于NGR组[(545.89±165.27)vs(666.49±251.73)pg/ml,P<0.01]。OW/OB组血清HSP70水平低于NW组[(544.72±147.39)vs(658.75±258.56)pg/ml,P<0.01]。血清HSP70水平与BMI、SBP、DBP、WC、FPG、2hPG、BF%和HOMA-IR均呈负相关(r=-0.403、-0.301、-0.328、-0.327、-0.256、-0.259、-0.349、-0.244,P均<0.01)。BMI、FPG是血清HSP70水平的独立相关因素。结论肥胖及新诊断T2DM患者血清HSP70水平降低,与FPG、BMI独立相关。
Objective To investigate the possible role of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the development of obesity and T2DM. Methods Totally 71 patients with T2DM and 63 with normal glucose regulation (NGR) were divided into two groups according to BMI: Obese / obese (OW / OB) and normal weight (NW) 2hPG, FIns and HSP70, BMI, WHR, body fat percentage (BF%) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were calculated. Results The level of serum HSP70 in T2DM group was lower than that in NGR group [(545.89 ± 165.27) vs (666.49 ± 251.73) pg / ml, P <0.01]. The level of serum HSP70 in OW / OB group was lower than that in NW group [(544.72 ± 147.39) vs (658.75 ± 258.56) pg / ml, P <0.01]. Serum HSP70 level was negatively correlated with BMI, SBP, DBP, WC, FPG, 2hPG, BF% and HOMA-IR (r = -0.403, -0.301, -0.328, -0.327, -0.256, -0.259, -0.349, -0.244, P <0.01). BMI and FPG are independent related factors of serum HSP70 level. Conclusion Serum levels of HSP70 are decreased in obese and newly diagnosed T2DM patients, and are independent of FPG and BMI.
