以兰州大接杏、沙金红杏和串枝红杏为试材,利用人工模拟霜箱,对3个杏品种花器官的抗霜性进行了研究。结果表明:低温胁迫下,随着温度降低杏花器官褐变程度加剧,相对电导率增高,质膜透性增强,膜保护酶SOD、POD的活性在低温胁迫前期均逐渐升高,达到临界低温后,呈现下降的趋势。杏花器官抗霜性表现为花瓣>雄蕊>雌蕊,杏品种间抗霜性表现为兰州大接杏>沙金红杏>串枝红杏。
The anti-frost properties of floral organs of three apricot cultivars were studied using Daxing apricot, Apricot Arborvitae and Rhizome almond as test materials. The results showed that under low temperature stress, with the decrease of temperature, the degree of browning was increased, the relative conductivity increased, and the permeability of plasma membrane enhanced. The activity of protective enzymes SOD and POD increased gradually at the early stage of low temperature stress and reached the critical low temperature After showing a downward trend. The frost resistance of apricot flower organs was petal> stamen> pistil, and the frost resistance of apricot was Lanzhou Dazhong apricot> apricot> apricot.
