目的探讨稀土矿区婴幼儿头发中稀土元素分布特征。方法使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP_MS)对稀土矿区和对照区各10例婴幼儿发样进行15种稀土元素水平测定 ,研究某离子吸附型轻稀土矿区居住的0~3岁婴幼儿头发中稀土元素的暴露水平及其分布特征。结果婴幼儿发中15种稀土元素均可检出 ,矿区小儿头发中稀土总量及15种稀土元素含量均为矿区显著高于对照区(P<0.001)。进行球粒陨石标准化后 ,发现二区小儿头发中、寻乌矿体和江西土壤的四条稀土分布曲线(La/Yb)N 均大于1、呈轻稀土富集型的稀土元素分布模式 ,且各曲线的稀土元素之间的分馏情况也相似 ,有Ce和Eu的负异常。其中矿区小儿发中稀土Ce的负异常程度接近稀土矿体 ,对照区Ce的负异常程度(0.89)接近江西土壤 (1.00)。结论进入机体的稀土元素仍基本符合偶数变化规律 ;小儿头发中稀土分布特征在一定程度上可反映其直接接触的自然生活环境中的稀土分布特征
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of rare earth elements in hair of infants and young children in rare earth mining area. Methods ICP-MS method was used to determine the contents of 15 rare earth elements in 10 infants and young children in the rare earth mining area and the control area respectively. The effects of some rare earth elements REE exposure levels and their distribution characteristics. Results The results showed that all of the rare earth elements were detected in infants and young children. The total amount of rare earth elements and the content of 15 kinds of rare earth elements in the hair of children in the mining area were significantly higher than those in the control area (P <0.001). After chondrites were normalized, it was found that the La / Yb N distribution curves of LaoYun ore body and the soil of Jiangxi province were all greater than 1 in the hair of the second district, showing a pattern of light rare earth enrichment rare earth elements The fractionation of the rare earth elements in the curve is also similar, with negative anomalies of Ce and Eu. Among them, the negative anomaly of rare earth element Ce in the mining area is close to that of the rare earth ore body. The negative anomaly of Ce in the control area (0.89) is close to that of the soil in Jiangxi Province (1.00). Conclusion The rare earth elements entering into the body still accord with the law of even numbers. The distribution characteristics of rare earth in children’s hair can reflect the distribution characteristics of rare earth in the direct contact with natural environment to a certain extent
