利用PRO/II软件对醋酸/水的萃取精馏进行了模拟。采用Hayden-O′Connell 方程计算逸度系数,NRTL 方程计算活度系数。模拟结果显示,与普通精馏相比,萃取精馏工艺的再沸器热负荷降低了51.8%,生产每吨醋酸耗费蒸汽量由8.9t 降至4.6t,说明在同样的分离指标下,萃取精馏法分离醋酸/水要优于普通精馏法。
Acetic acid / water extractive distillation was simulated using PRO / II software. The fugacity coefficient is calculated using the Hayden-O’Connell equation and the activity coefficient is calculated using the NRTL equation. The simulation results show that compared with ordinary distillation, the extractive distillation reboiler thermal load decreased by 51.8%, the production of steam per ton of acetic acid consumption dropped from 8.9t to 4.6t, indicating that the same separation index, the extraction Distillation acetic acid / water separation is superior to ordinary distillation.
