班级管理是初中教育工作的重中之重。课改的最终目的是促进学生的良性发展。这种目的对班主任的管理工作提出了更高的要求。在实际的班级管理工作中,班主任应该以学生为中心,通过探索性策略的应用达到有效的管理目的。为了保证班级管理质量,班主任还应该对原本的班级管理模式进行调整,利用现代管理思维使得班级管理模式产生动态性、开放性特点。这种管理模式更加符合学生的实际身心发展特点,因此其促进学生良性发展的效果相对较好。
Class management is the most important task of junior high school education. The ultimate goal of curriculum reform is to promote the sound development of students. This purpose puts forward higher requirements for the class teacher’s management work. In the actual class management work, the head teacher should be student-centered and achieve effective management objectives through the application of exploratory strategies. In order to ensure the quality of class management, the class teacher should also adjust the original class management model, using modern management thinking to make the class management model dynamic and open characteristics. This management model is more in line with the actual physical and mental development characteristics of students, so its effect of promoting the healthy development of students is relatively good.
