目的研究常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机杀菌效果的影响因素。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对某常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机杀菌效果的影响因素进行观察。结果该低温等离子体消毒机的工作气体用氩气的杀菌效果明显优于空气。该低温等离子体消毒机对5种载体上细菌杀灭效果最好的是纸片,最差的是布片。菌悬液内加入小牛血清或甘油均能阻碍等离子体的灭杀作用。结论常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机具有较好的杀菌效果,但其杀菌效果受消毒对象的性质、有机物等因素的影响。
Objective To study the influencing factors of bactericidal effect of atmospheric pressure jet dielectric barrier discharge low temperature plasma sterilizer. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test of carrier was used to study the influencing factors of bactericidal effect of a normal pressure jet dielectrostatic barrier plasma sterilizer. Results The working atmosphere of the low-temperature plasma disinfection machine was obviously better than air with bactericidal effect of argon. The low-temperature plasma disinfection of bacteria on the five carriers to kill the best effect is the paper, the worst is cloth. The addition of calf serum or glycerol in the suspension of the bacteria can hinder the killing of the plasma. Conclusions Atmospheric pressure jet dielectrophoresis plasma cryogenic plasma sterilizer has a good bactericidal effect, but its bactericidal effect is affected by the nature of the disinfection object, organic matter and other factors.
