根据两相流微膜热虹吸的理论,设计了一种新型的板翅式冷凝蒸发器,并对它进行了性能测试。它不仅具有很高的冷凝和沸腾传热系数,而且具有很小的传热温差。除此之外,它还具有下述优点:重量轻,体积小,操作简便,运行可靠。实验结果显示,如果它的沸腾侧的传热进一步优化,并与冷凝侧合理匹配,则该冷凝蒸发器的传热性能还会进一步提高。
According to the theory of two-phase micro-membrane thermosyphon, a new type of plate-fin condensing evaporator is designed and its performance is tested. It not only has a high condensation and boiling heat transfer coefficient, but also has a small heat transfer temperature difference. In addition, it also has the following advantages: light weight, small size, easy to operate, reliable operation. Experimental results show that the heat transfer performance of the condensing evaporator is further enhanced if its heat transfer on the boiling side is further optimized and matches the condensing side rationally.
