A320飞机的机翼过热探测环路经常出现故障信息,其中常见的是在航后报告多次出现“R WING LOOP A”的CFDS故障信息,根据此信息排故手册TSM有明确的排故程序。但如果故障发生在只有一个环路探测到故障信息且外界温度较高时,在对BMC计算机进行测试时往往会出现TEST OK的情况,虽然排故程序中说明不需要做任何工作,但这种情况并不表示没有故障存在,它有可能是因为过热探测元件的芯和外包皮之间的绝缘层阻值
