以菘蓝(Isatis indigotica)为实验材料,研究了He-Ne激光和增强UV-B辐射对板蓝根DTA热解参数的影响。结果表明:(1)对照组、激光处理组、UV-B处理组和UV-B与激光复合处理组的DTA热解曲线都表现三个过程,一个小的吸热和二个放热过程;(2)对照组、激光处理组、UV-B处理组和UV-B与激光复合处理组的DTA热解参数(峰温度范围、峰顶温度、峰面积、峰高度、ΔH)存在明显差异;(3)从DTA曲线计算得到的总焓值来看,与对照相比,UV-B辐射提高了焓值,激光处理则焓值有所降低,二者复合作用焓值与对照接近。
The Isatis indigotica was used as experimental material to study the effect of He-Ne laser and enhanced UV-B radiation on the pyrolysis parameters of DTA. The results showed that: (1) The DTA pyrolysis curves of control, laser treatment, UV-B treatment and UV-B treatment combined with laser treatment showed three processes, a small endotherm and two exothermic processes.
