采用健康昆明种小鼠 ,分5个剂量组一次灌胃 (ig)地龙提取物后 ,检测红细胞变形性。2 5倍组用药量6 25mg/kg(成人用量2 5倍 )、5倍组用药量12.5mg/kg(成人用量5倍 )、10倍组用药量25mg/kg(成人用量10倍 )、15倍组用药量37.5mg/kg(成人用量15倍 )、20倍组用药量50mg/kg(成人用量20倍 ) ,空白组用同等量生理盐水。ig90min后摘眼球取血 ,检测红细胞变形能力。结果发现 :地龙提取物在6.25mg/kg(成人用量2 5倍 )、12.5mg/kg(成人用量5倍 )、25mg/kg(成人用量10倍 )、50mg/kg(成人用量20倍 )剂量下对小鼠红细胞变形能力有不同程度的改善作用 ,10倍组作用最显著 ,而在15倍成人用量 (37.5mg/kg)条件下小鼠红细胞变形能力有所降低。
Healthy Kunming mice were used to inoculate (ig) Radix extract in 5 dose groups once to detect erythrocyte deformability. 2 5 times the dose of 6 25mg/kg (adults 25 times), 5 times the dose of 12.5mg/kg (adult dose 5 times), 10 times the dose of 25mg/kg (adult dose 10 times), 15 The dosage was 37.5 mg/kg (15 times adult dosage) and 20 mg 50 mg/kg adult dosage (20 times adult dosage). The blank group was given the same amount of normal saline. Eyeballs were taken after ig90min to detect red blood cell deformability. The results showed that the extract of Earthworm was 6.25mg/kg (25 times adult dose), 12.5mg/kg (5 times adult dose), 25mg/kg (10 times adult dose), and 50mg/kg (20 times adult dose). At the dose, the erythrocyte deformability of the mice was improved in different degrees, and the effect in the 10-fold group was the most significant. However, in 15 adult doses (37.5 mg/kg), the erythrocyte deformability of the mice was reduced.
