2014年,海淀区第二实验小学参与了学科教学改进的项目。在教学诊断阶段,项目组专家给我校的教学反馈是:学生在A级学习理解能力、B级实践应用能力上相对较强,但C级创新迁移能力较弱。了解到教学改进的方向后,在众多专家教授的指导下,我一步步地改变自己对教学的认识,对教学活动的思考,更重要的是,改变了我渐成模式化的教学习惯。
In 2014, No. 2 Experimental Primary School of Haidian District participated in the project of improving teaching in disciplines. In the teaching diagnosis phase, the teaching feedback given by our project experts to our school is that students are learning and comprehension in class A, while those in class B are relatively strong in practical application, but their ability to innovate and migrate in class C is relatively weak. After learning about the direction of teaching improvement, under the guidance of many experts and professors, I gradually changed my understanding of teaching, thinking about teaching activities and, more importantly, changed my teaching habit of becoming a model.
