本文根据具有死区特征的电液位置伺服系统的特点,设计了一种简单的模型参考自适应控制算法。计算机仿真和实验结果表明,自适应控制能有效地克服系统中固有的死区、摩擦力影响,明显提高位置精度。本文还分析和讨论了自适应控制算法由微机实现时,计算字长、采样时间、A/D与D/A转换器的位数对控制系统控制质量的影响。
Based on the characteristics of the electrohydraulic servo system with dead zone characteristics, a simple model reference adaptive control algorithm is designed. Computer simulation and experimental results show that adaptive control can effectively overcome the inherent dead zone and friction in the system and improve the position accuracy obviously. The paper also analyzes and discusses the influence of control word length, sampling time, bit number of A / D and D / A converter on the quality of control system when the adaptive control algorithm is realized by the computer.
