In recent years, it has been confirmed that free radical chain reaction mediated by oxygen free radicals is the core pathological stage of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Reperfusion after ischemia can intensify the free radical chain reaction and cause serious delayed neurological damage. In this study, the ESR combined with rapid cryogenic freezing technique was used to directly determine the net free radical content in 62 patients with ACI before and after treatment, and to observe the effect of different routes of administration
