(一)高镍合金钢中硼的测定在一般合金钢中测定酸溶性硼,采用硫酸溶样后直接用次甲基篮比色。但高镍(20~70%)高铬合金钢不溶于硫酸,故须用王水溶样。文献述及用硫磷酸冒烟赶去硝酸,然后用次甲基篮比色测定微量硼。本文对冒烟时的酸度,加热形成硼氟络离子,残渣处理,温度对吸光度的影响等方面进行了试验。证明温度高时硼氟络离子的形成时间可缩短为2分钟,镍基合金钢中总硼的测定,残渣无需另外处理,可直接冒烟后测定,成批试样可以同时进行,分析时间可缩短一半。且
