中长跑是研究生学员发展耐久力的项目之一。它要求学员在全程跑时维持一定的跑速尽可能减少体力的消耗,是耐力训练中提高肌体抗疲劳能力的重要手段,也是提高意志品质的有效途径。那么如何才能提高研究生学员的中长跑的成绩呢?本文结合多年的经验进行了实践性探讨。
Middle and long distance running is one of the projects for graduate students to develop endurance. It requires trainees to maintain a certain running speed in the whole run to minimize physical exertion, which is an important means to improve the anti-fatigue ability of endurance training and also an effective way to improve the will quality. So how to improve the performance of the middle and long distance majors? This paper combines years of experience to conduct a practical discussion.
