耗散结构理论是相对于平衡结构的概念提出来的,依据耗散理论结构的开放性、非平衡性、非线性和“涨落”导致的有序性等动态特征,讨论耗散结构在体育舞蹈教学训练系统中的动态特征,指出耗散结构理论应用于体育舞蹈教学训练的可行性。进而从开放性、非平衡性、非线性和有序性四个动态特征对体育舞蹈教学训练模式的耗散结构特征展开分析,根据体育舞蹈教学训练模式的动态特征从创设“开放的”、“非平衡”的体育舞蹈教学训练环境和体育舞蹈教学训练系统结构的“非线性”促使系统的“涨落”两方面进行研究在耗散结构理论下体育舞蹈教学训练模式的优化,结合体育舞蹈的学科特点来建构适合体育舞蹈训练的新理论、新方法,充分了解运动个体的特点,制定出切实可行的运动训练计划,促使体育舞蹈专业运动员学习理论知识的同时更好的投身于舞蹈动作技能的实践中。
