目的探讨研究间歇导尿术对脊髓损伤引发神经源性膀胱患者的临床心理影响。方法选取2013年1月至2017年5月我院收治的脊髓损伤所致神经原性膀胱患者47例,将其随机分为观察组24例与对照组23例,对照组实施留置导尿术治疗,观察组实施间歇导尿术治疗,观察分析两组患者心理影响。结果经治疗2个月后,观察组人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等评分优于对照组(t值分别为13.570、14.517、20.729,P<0.05)。结论临床中对于脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者实施间歇导尿术治疗,可有助于提高患者的生活能力、缓解心理负担、降低负面情绪。
Objective To investigate the clinical psychological effects of intermittent catheterization on patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury. Methods From January 2013 to May 2017, 47 patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (24 cases) and control group (23 cases). The control group was treated with indwelling catheterization , The observation group implemented intermittent catheterization treatment, observed and analyzed the psychological impact of two groups of patients. Results After 2 months of treatment, the score of interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety in the observation group was better than that of the control group (t = 13.570, 14.517 and 20.729, respectively, P <0.05). Conclusion Intermittent catheterization for patients with neurogenic bladder with spinal cord injury in clinic may help to improve the living ability, alleviate the psychological burden and reduce the negative emotions.
