介绍了地铁B2型鼓形铝合金车体的结构设计,根据它是由大型中空挤压型材焊接而成的特点,采用 有限元软件建立结构计算模型,分12种载荷工况进行静强度分析,为车体结构的合理设计提供依据。结果表 明该车体采用了大型中空挤压型材,既减轻自重,又保证了强度和刚度。对存在应力集中部位,可采取相应结 构措施进行改善。
The structural design of the B2 type drum aluminum alloy body of subway is introduced.
