目的:建立滇丹参脂溶性成分的指纹图谱,并与丹参药材的指纹图谱进行比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,建立指纹图谱,并用相似度评价软件对指纹图谱进行评价。结果:滇丹参各样品脂溶性成分的指纹图谱相似度高,与丹参药材脂溶性成分的指纹特征峰组成基本一致,但滇丹参中几个主要脂溶性有效成分的含量均低于丹参。结论:滇丹参与丹参药材的脂溶性成分显示较高的相似性,但其主要成分的含量比例显示明显差异。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of lipid-soluble constituents from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to compare with the fingerprint of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: Fingerprints were established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the fingerprints were evaluated by similarity evaluation software. Results: The fingerprints of liposoluble constituents of Salvia yunnanensis were similar in fingerprint and the fingerprint peaks of lipophilic components of Salvia miltiorrhiza were basically the same, but the contents of several major lipophilic active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza were all lower than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza. CONCLUSION: The fat-soluble constituents of Yunnan and Dan involved in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge have higher similarity, but the content ratio of the main components showed significant difference.
