Fluconazole是一种新的三唑类口服抗真菌药物,其在动物脑脊液中可达到很高的浓度,对动物球孢子菌脑膜炎的治疗有效。本文报道了用Fluconazole治疗8例球孢子菌脑膜炎患者的药代动力学的研究结果。作者分别测定了患者服药后不同时间血清和脑脊液中的药物浓度。每天口服50mg药物的患者,其服药后2到6小时的血清中和4到8小时的脑脊液中,药物峰浓度分别为2.5~3.5μg/ml和2.0~2.3μg/ml。每天口服100mg的患者,服药后2到4小时的血清中和4到12小时的脑脊液中,药物峰浓度分别为4.5~
Fluconazole is a new triazole oral antifungal agent that reaches very high concentrations in animal cerebrospinal fluid and is effective in the treatment of coccidioidomycosis in animals. This paper reports the pharmacokinetics of 8 patients with coccidioidomycosis treated with Fluconazole. The authors measured the drug concentration in serum and cerebrospinal fluid at different times after taking the drug. Patients taking oral 50 mg daily had peak drug concentrations of 2.5-3.5 μg / ml and 2.0-2.3 μg / ml, respectively, in their cerebrospinal fluid for 2 to 6 hours and 4 to 8 hours after their administration.
