近年来中小学教师的继续教育逐渐呈现“需求多样性”的发展趋势,为了完善符合新时期教育发展环境教师继续教育体制建设,本文通过借鉴当代发达国家较为完善的继续教育体制,对我国中小学教师继续教育体制建设在制度规范化、思想观念更新化和培训体系完善化等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。
In recent years, the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers gradually presents the development trend of “diversity of needs ”. In order to perfect the system of continuing education for environmental teachers in the new era of education, this paper draws lessons from the comparatively perfect continuing education system in contemporary developed countries, The construction of continuing education system for primary and secondary school teachers put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of standardization of system, renewal of ideas and improvement of training system.
