RWC-8405型电阻焊控制器,适用于交流点焊机焊接程序和焊接电流的控制。该控制器采用了MOS集成电路,体积小、重量轻,功耗低、技术先进、工作可靠。它采用电流闭环控制系统。使其在焊接电源电压或二次负载阻抗发生变化时,焊接电流仍能保持恒定。该控制器有四个程序(加压、焊接、维持、休止)和两组电流设定开关。它们分别用数字拨码开关进行预置。加压、焊接程序和电流设定都有两套独立系统,可通过外部启动开关控制,以实现两种条件的焊接。该控制器设有三档倍率开关,可使焊接电流设定值在2千安至40千安范围内选择。在焊接过程中,每半个周期检测一次焊接电流的有效值,并通过比较电路与设定值
