1.研究了从我国森林土壤中分离出的51株与文献上描述的已知种有差异的放线菌,并对其形态、培养特征、拮抗性、碳源利用、生理特性等方面进行了系统的研究。 2.根据以形态、培养特征为主,生理生化特性为辅的原则,将51株菌分别定名为5个新种:Act.lilacinofulvus n.sp.Act.roseogriseus n.sp.,Act.roseogriseolus n.sp.,Act. nigrogriseolus n. sp., Act. atrocyaneus n.sp.,及3个新变种:Act. candidus var. citreusn. var., Act.cylindrosporus var. atratus n. var., Act. griseus var. difficilis n. var.。
1.Studies on 51 actinomycetes isolated from the forest soil in our country and the known species described in the literature, and studied its morphology, culture characteristics, antagonism, carbon source utilization, physiological characteristics and so on System research.
