为探讨白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2 R)在白血病中表达的临床意义,本文用 APAAP法检测47例白血病细胞膜白介素-2受体(mIL-2 R)表达,用 ELISA法测定 66例白血病血清可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)。结果表明,白血病mIL-2 R明显高表达,血清sIL-2 R明显高于正常人;白血病sIL-2 R与 mIL-2 R表达无直线相关性;白血病完全缓解后,sIL-2 R水平低于治疗前,sIL-2 R水平与病死率密切相关。结论:IL-2 R表达与白血病关系密切,sIL-2 R测定可作为疗效监测和预后判断的手段。
To explore the clinical significance of interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) expression in leukemia, we used the APAAP method to detect the expression of interleukin-2 receptor (mIL-2R) in 47 cases of leukemia, and assayed by ELISA. Leukemia serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R). The results showed that the expression of mIL-2R in leukemia was significantly higher and serum sIL-2R was significantly higher than that in normal people; there was no linear correlation between the expression of sIL-2R and mIL-2R in leukemia, and the level of sIL-2R was low after complete remission of leukemia. Before treatment, sIL-2 R levels were closely related to mortality. Conclusion: The expression of IL-2R is closely related to leukemia, and sIL-2R can be used as a means to monitor the effect and determine the prognosis.
