目的 探讨肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法 对 1993年～ 2 0 0 1年收治的 15 2例肾损伤病例资料进行回顾分析。结果 CT阳性率 10 0 % ,B超阳性率 84 6% ,大剂量IVU阳性率 88 1% ;保守治疗 118例 ,发生并发症 5例 ,治愈率 95 % ;手术治疗 3 4例 ,治愈 3 0例 (88 2 % ) ,死亡 4例。结论 CT检查准确快速 ,增强后可观察双肾功能状况 ,对治疗有重要帮助。其治疗主要取决于肾脏伤情 ,强调手术治疗与非手术治疗的指征。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury. Methods The data of 152 cases of renal injury admitted from 1993 to 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive rate of CT was 100%, the positive rate of B was 84 6%, and the positive rate of high dose IVU was 88 1%. The conservative treatment was performed in 118 cases and the complications occurred in 5 cases, the cure rate was 95%. Surgical treatment of 34 cases was cured (88 2%), 4 died. Conclusion CT examination accurate and rapid, enhanced renal function can be observed after treatment, an important help to the treatment. The treatment depends mainly on kidney injury, emphasizing the surgical treatment and non-surgical indications.
