习得性无助感是指在青少年成长过程中可能出现的一种心理障碍。而在青少年二语习得的过程中,习得性无助感的产生同样不容忽视。青少年在英语学习过程中,由于受到主观和客观因素的共同影响,常常遇到各种学习挫折。当他们对自己失败的原因进行错误的归因时,有些人会产生习得性无助感,这对他们的英语学习将会造成更大更远的负面影响。本文作者结合自身的实际教学经验,详谈习得无助感在二语习得中的体现,提出了学习者在进行英语学习时,如何正确防治习得性无助感。
Acquired helplessness is a mental disorder that may arise during adolescent growth. In the process of second language acquisition for young people, the sense of helplessness also can not be ignored. In the process of learning English, adolescents often encounter various learning frustrations due to the common influence of subjective and objective factors. When they wrongly attribution to the reasons for their failure, some people will have learned helplessness, which will have a greater and greater negative impact on their English learning. The author combined with his own practical teaching experience, in detail the acquisition of helplessness in second language acquisition reflects the learners in English learning, how to correctly control the sense of helplessness.
