目的：观察氨甲喋呤单次肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠疗效及安全性，并探讨其应用适应症和监测指标。方法：单次肌肉注射氨甲喋呤50mg／m2。注药后记录患者自觉症状和一般情况，定时进行血β-hCG水平监测和B起检查直至正常。结果：61构成功（包括14倒重复注射），成功率达85．9％。结论：严密观察下本法可适用于某些过去认为不宜MTX治疗的异位妊娠者，血β-hCG水平及动态变化可作为重复注射和剖腹探查的指标，包块大小仅供参考，处理腹痛患者要慎重。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of methotrexate single intramuscular injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, and to explore its application indications and monitoring indicators. Methods: A single intramuscular injection of methotrexate 50mg / m2.
