随着国家近年来大规模的基础设施建设,整个建设技术水平的发展不断提高,机械化、标准化、工厂化、规模化的生产技术应运而生。先预制、后拼装的管型通道结构作为一种较为新颖的结构形式在整个建设行业中可算作一次“革命”。这种装配式、标准化的构件在工厂采用机械化生产,既有利于构件本身生产质量的控制,又可以减少对路基土方工程施工的影响和相互干扰,有利于提高整个路基工程的质量。阐述了一种新型的构件装配式管型通道结构的设计、预制生产及构件运输至现场的拼装施工工艺。
With the massive infrastructure construction of the country in recent years, the technical level of the whole construction has been continuously improved. Mechanization, standardization, industrialization and large-scale production technologies have emerged. The prefabricated and post-assembled tubular tunnel structure can be regarded as a “revolutionary” throughout the construction industry as a relatively new structural form. The assembled and standardized components are mechanized in the factory, which not only helps to control the production quality of the components themselves, but also reduces the influence and mutual interference on the construction of subgrade earthworks and helps to improve the quality of the entire subgrade engineering. A new type of assembly-type tubular channel structure design, prefabricated production and components transported to the assembly site assembly process.
