这次参加广东赴美国校长培训班的学习,有幸与美国官员、大学教授、中小学校长、老师、中小学生面对面的交流与探讨,对美国教育的历史、现状、发展趋势,有了一个肤浅的了解,也破解了心中的一些困惑。在这次美国之行中,从美国的学校、老师、学生身上找到美国人创造力究竟从哪里来的答案。
