目的建立工作场所空气中丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯的气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸,经HP-FFAP毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,GC标准曲线法定量。结果4种丙烯酸酯类化合物分离完全,线性、重现性良好,方法检出限为0.16~0.27μg/ml。以1.5 L的采样量计算空气中的浓度为0.11~0.18 mg/m3。结论方法准确、灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中多种丙烯酸酯类化合物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods Activated carbon tube was used to collect carbon disulfide desorption, HP-FFAP capillary column separation, hydrogen flame ionization detector detection, GC standard curve method. Results Four kinds of acrylates were separated completely, linearly and reproducibly. The detection limits were 0.16-0.27μg / ml. The concentration in the air calculated from the sample volume of 1.5 L was 0.11 to 0.18 mg / m3. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive and is suitable for the determination of various acrylates in the air of the workplace.
