我见过一个非常聪明的年轻人,拥有国外的硕士学位,他一度是我最看好的未来接班人选之一。他做任何事都能快速上手,表现杰出。但问题是刚熟悉一件事,他就开始想下一个职位,他的期待与要求,总是比主管快。当然,基于人才培养,许多次我也按照他的意愿,提拔升迁。甚至我还一度自责,是不是我的反应慢了,以至于让一个有为的年轻人浪费了太多的时间,埋没了他的才气。于是我密切注意他的动向,以免再度犯错,但总被他先开口要求。他还是比我急、比我快,我的小心仍然赶不上他的急切欲望。我不得不承认,他实在太聪明
