目的:对发酵虫草菌粉中微量元素的含量进行分析评价,为制定发酵虫草菌粉中微量元素质量标准提供参考依据。方法:采用原子吸收火焰法对发酵虫草菌粉中锌、铁、锰、铜、铅微量元素的含量进行分析。结果:发酵虫草菌粉中微量元素的含量顺序依次为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Pb。各元素方法线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999 4;重复性试验RSD为0.54%~0.86%;回收率为96.05%~101.71%,RSD为0.32%~1.91%。结论:该方法简单,精密度、灵敏度高,结果可靠。发酵虫草菌粉中微量元素含量均符合世界卫生组织对重金属限量的要求。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the content of trace elements in the fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder, and provide a reference for the establishment of quality standard of trace elements in fermented Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: The contents of trace elements of zinc, iron, manganese, copper and lead in fermented Cordyceps powder were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The content of trace elements in the fermented Cordyceps powder was Fe> Mn> Zn> Cu> Pb. The linearity of each element method was good, the correlation coefficients were all> 0.999 4; RSD of repeatability test was 0.54% ~ 0.86%; the recoveries were 96.05% ~ 101.71% and RSD was 0.32% ~ 1.91%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable. The contents of trace elements in the fermented Cordyceps powder all meet the requirement of World Health Organization on the limit of heavy metals.
