K562细胞属于人红白血病细胞株，是骨髓多能干细胞。以苦参作诱导分化剂，可使K562细胞有分化现象并向多方向分化，这为临床探索中药非杀伤性治疗白血病打下了良好的基础。
K562 cells belong to the human erythroleukemia cell line and are bone marrow pluripotent stem cells. Sophora flavescens as an inducing differentiation agent can make K562 cells differentiate and multi-directionally differentiate, which lays a good foundation for the clinical exploration of Chinese medicine non-lethal treatment of leukemia.
