经常有人问,治霾需要多少年？这么问,说明人们迫切希望早点儿治好,但是很难有个标准答案。今年两会前夕,科技部有关人士向媒体通报灰霾治理科技工作情况时表示,洛杉矶、伦敦、巴黎等城市灰霾治理经验表明,发达国家在发展过程中都经历了类似我国当前的污染阶段,目前已经基本完成了相关治理工作。国外经验表明,灰霾可治,但是治理需要30年左右的时间。在更加严格有效的环境管理要求及现代科技支撑下,我国治理灰霾不需要这么长时间。
