目的:探讨新疆卡波氏肉瘤组织中膜型1型基质金属蛋白酶(Menberane 1 Matrix metalloproteinases,MT1-MMP),Rho蛋白解离抑制因子β(Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor GDI beta,ARHGDIB)的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测新疆17例卡波氏肉瘤和17例健康人正常皮肤组织内MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB的表达水平。结果:免疫组化显示MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB在卡波氏肉瘤组织阳性表达率为82.4%和100%,在正常皮肤组织中阳性率为6.9%和17.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新疆卡波西肉瘤组织中MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB蛋白呈异常表达,有可能在KS的发展过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of membrane-type 1 matrix metalloproteinases (MT1-MMP) and Rho protein dissociation inhibitor (GDI-β) in Xinjiang Kaposi’s sarcoma . Methods: The expression of MT1-MMP and ARHGDIB in normal skin tissues of 17 Kaposi’s sarcomas and 17 healthy controls were detected by immunohistochemistry Envision two-step method. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed that the positive rates of MT1-MMP and ARHGDIB in Kaposi’s sarcoma were 82.4% and 100%, respectively, and those in normal skin tissues were 6.9% and 17.7% respectively (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The aberrant expression of MT1-MMP and ARHGDIB proteins in Kaposi’s sarcoma may play an important role in the development of KS.
