自从教育部制订并实施了《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》 ,引发了数学教育界和数学界的诸多思考与讨论 ,讨论中出现了正反两方面的意见 .体现出我国逐步走向学术民主、思想民主的进程 .讨论中涉及的问题很多 ,比如怎样评价我国的中小学数学教育 ?传统与革新应该是什么样的关系 ?中学生负担过重是由于高考还是由于课本内容过深过繁 ?数学通报作为一本面向中学数学教育与教学的刊物 ,愿意为广大中学教师和教育工作者提供一个发表意见的园地 ,旨在相互切磋 ,携手共进 .
Since the Ministry of Education formulated and implemented the “Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education,” many thoughts and discussions have been triggered in mathematics education and mathematics circles. Positive and negative views have emerged from the discussions. It shows that China gradually moves toward academic democracy, The process of ideology and democracy. There are many issues involved in the discussion, such as how to evaluate mathematics education in primary and secondary schools in China. What is the relationship between tradition and innovation? Is it because the college entrance exams are overburdened due to the college entrance exam or because the content of the textbooks is too deep? As a publication for mathematics education and teaching in middle schools, it is willing to provide a wide range of secondary school teachers and educators with a place to express their opinions, aiming to learn from each other and work together.
