采用索氏提取、超声提取、微波萃取对百癣夏塔热片中总黄酮进行提取。3种方法均采用20倍(mL/g)甲醇;其中索氏提取时间为6h;超声提取时间为1h;微波萃取辐射时间:10min;温度:100℃。以芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法测定,波长为510nm,芦丁浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。微波萃取、索氏提取和超声提取进行比较,微波萃取提取时间短,溶剂用量少,操作简单,快速高效,节能环保,收率高,是一种较理想的提取方法,值得推广应用。
Soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction were used to extract the total flavonoids in Paracetamol Xanthotherm tablets. The three methods were 20 times (mL / g) methanol; Soxhlet extraction time was 6h; ultrasonic extraction time was 1h; microwave extraction radiation time: 10min; temperature: 100 ℃. With rutin as standard, the concentration of rutin was linearly correlated with absorbance (r = 0.9999) by spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 510 nm. Microwave extraction, Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction are compared. Microwave extraction has short extraction time, less solvent consumption, simple operation, fast and high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and high yield. It is an ideal extraction method and should be popularized and applied.
