调查江苏盐城、淮安、南京等杂交油菜制种基地宁杂 1号不同芥酸含量杂交种的育性表现 ,结果表明 ,恢复株率 (y)与芥酸含量 (x)呈负相关 ,相关方程为 y =96 .84 - 0 .86x ,相关系数r=- 0 .5 342 ,在概率P =0 .10水平达显著。对宁杂 1号母本主轴不同结角部位种子的育性调查结果显示 ,不同部位角果恢复株率存在显著差异 ,主轴下部角果恢复株率明显低于中、上部角果 ,主要原因在于不育系初花期产生的微量花粉参与了授粉结实。严格控制外源花粉污染、减少微量花粉是提高油菜杂交种纯度的重要措施
The fertility of hybrids with different erucic acid contents in Ningza 1, a hybrid rape seed production base in Jiangsu Yancheng, Huai’an, Nanjing, was investigated. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the recovery rate (y) and erucic acid content (x) For y = 96 .84 - 0.86x, the correlation coefficient r = - 0.5342, with a significant P = .10 level. The results of fertility investigation on the seeds of different knots of Ningza 1 maternal spindle showed that there were significant differences in the recovery rate of the fruit bodies in different parts of the plant. The recovery rate of the lower part of the spindle was lower than that of the middle and upper part mainly because Pollen pollen produced in the first flowering stage of CMS is involved in pollination and fruiting. Strict control of exogenous pollen pollution, reducing the amount of trace pollen is an important measure to improve the purity of rape hybrids
