目的:建立测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中黄芩苷及橙皮苷2组分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液(45:55)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:黄芩苷和橙皮苷分别在16.6~83.0 mg·L~(-1)和2.1~10.5 mg·L~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.999 5和0.999 6。平均回收率分别为98.0%和98.2%,RSD分别为1.0%和0.8%。结论:本法简单易行,可用于小儿百部止咳糖浆的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin and hesperidin in infantile pediatric cough syrup. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The column was a Zorbax SB-C 18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column with methanol-0.5% acetic acid aqueous solution (45:55) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1). Results: There was a good linear relationship between baicalin and hesperidin in the range of 16.6-83.0 mg·L-1 and 2.1-10.5 mg·L-1, respectively. The correlation coefficients r were 0.999 respectively. 5 and 0.999 6. The average recoveries were 98.0% and 98.2%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.0% and 0.8%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to use, and it can be used to determine the content of Baile Zhike syrup in children.
