Management is one of the most important activities in all human activities. The term management has existed since ancient times. Most of the management sciences we are familiar with today are mostly Western theories. Starting from the application of management theory in the first production revolution, the focus of management theory has also shifted from the management of things and processes to the emphasis on man himself. The most brisk beginning of the “humanist” theory is the change from the “broker” assumption to the “social person.” However, as we tirelessly study and advocate the theory of humanism in the West, we should not neglect the development of humanistic theory in our history in China and its bright spots. Some of the views are still the mainstream of academic practice so far.
