松南气田天然气压力高达8.0 MPa以上,CO2含量约为22%。结合气田天然气具体情况,对活化MDEA脱碳技术的溶剂配方、工艺流程及参数进行了研究。在综合比较各种工艺条件的利弊之后,优选出最佳的工艺条件为:吸收温度70~75℃,贫液酸气负荷0.2 mol/mol。应用结果表明,当吸收塔压力为7.4 MPa时,溶液吸收CO2的能力为38 m3/m3,再生热耗约0.66 t/km3,达到了设计要求。
Songnan gas field natural gas pressure as high as 8.0 MPa, CO2 content of about 22%. Combining with the specific conditions of natural gas in gas field, the solvent formula, technological process and parameters of activated MDEA decarbonization technology were studied. After comprehensively comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various process conditions, the optimal process conditions were selected as follows: the absorption temperature is 70 ~ 75 ℃, and the acid-gas loading is 0.2 mol / mol. The application results show that when the pressure of the absorption tower is 7.4 MPa, the capacity of the solution to absorb CO2 is 38 m3 / m3 and the regeneration heat consumption is about 0.66 t / km3, which meets the design requirements.
