我们应用膦甲酸钠联合中药对慢性乙型肝炎(重度)进行治疗.现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择 2000年8月～2002年1月本院住院患者共49例。随机分成膦甲酸钠联合中药组(治疗组)25例,对照组24例,年龄最小者17岁,最大者55岁,平均年龄32.5岁.其中男性38例,女性11例,诊断符合2000年第10次全国传染病及寄生虫病学术会议修订的病毒性肝炎方案。所有患者血清HBV DNA定量均为阳性。治疗前两组病例在性别、年龄、病情、病程等方面对比,经统计学处理无显著性差异。
We use foscarnet combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (severe) are reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection August 2000 ~ January 2002 hospital patients in total 49 cases. Randomly divided into two groups: 25 cases in the treatment group and 24 cases in the control group, the youngest one was 17 years old, the largest one was 55 years old, with an average age of 32.5 years, including 38 males and 11 females, Subsequent National Conference on Infectious Diseases and Parasitic Diseases revised program of viral hepatitis. Serum HBV DNA was positive in all patients. Before treatment, the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, disease, duration and other aspects of comparison, no statistically significant difference.
