目的建立复方多西环素缓释凝胶中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定复方多西环素缓释凝胶中柚皮苷的含量。色谱柱:Kromasil C18(100mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1‰醋酸铵水溶液(40∶60),用氨水p H值到8.0左右,流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:280nm。结果柚皮苷在0.025~0.6μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.81%,RSD为1.73%。复方多西环素缓释凝胶中柚皮苷的含量为97.38μg/g(n=5)。结论本方法灵敏度较高,重现性、稳定性好,检测迅速,结果准确。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of naringin in compound doxycycline sustained-release gel. Methods The content of naringin in compound doxycycline sustained release gel was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Kromasil C18 (100mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-1 ‰ ammonium acetate aqueous solution (40:60), pH value of ammonia solution was about 8.0 with the flow rate of 1.0ml / min; Detection wavelength: 280nm. Results Naringin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.025-0.6 μg / ml with an average recovery of 98.81% and a RSD of 1.73%. The content of naringin in compound doxycycline sustained-release gel was 97.38μg / g (n = 5). Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, reproducibility, good stability, rapid detection and accurate results.
