目的:对辽宁省医疗机构的口腔设备配置状况进行调研,发现存在的问题,分析各种原因,寻求医疗资源合理配置和良性运行的对策,提出可行性建议。方法:选取辽宁省6市20县/市所辖的3个级别的医疗机构和2个医院联盟(中国医科大学联盟和辽宁省肿瘤医院联盟)的口腔设备配置状况进行调查,采用发放自制的调查表和现场调研的形式对各级医疗机构的基本情况、现有设备情况、未来3年医疗设备购置需求以及医疗设备购置影响因素等资料进行收集,并建立数据库。结果:辽宁省各级医疗机构的口腔专科设备配置累积了一定存量,但是不同级别医院差异明显;高端口腔数字化设备被进口品牌垄断,国产口腔数字化设备面临巨大的发展机遇和严峻挑战;国产品牌在中端口腔设备市场占据了一定的市场份额,发展势头良好,但设备售后服务满意度需进一步提升,企业应加大对此的投入,实现口腔设备性能不断改善的良性循环。结论:应加大对民族企业的扶持,引导民族品牌的创建和宣传,提高国产品牌的市场占有率;企业应以售后维修服务为切入点,提升民族品牌形象,在政府引导下,增加国产口腔设备的配置。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status of oral equipment disposition in medical institutions in Liaoning Province, to find out the existing problems, to analyze various reasons, to seek the reasonable allocation of medical resources and the countermeasures of benign operation, and to put forward feasible suggestions. Methods: To investigate the distribution of oral devices in 3 hospitals under the jurisdiction of 20 counties / cities in 6 cities of Liaoning Province and 2 hospital alliances (Union of China Medical University and Liaoning Cancer Hospital), using self-made survey Table and field research in the form of the basic situation of medical institutions at all levels, the existing equipment, the next three years the purchase of medical equipment and medical equipment acquisition factors such as data collection and to establish a database. Results: There was a certain stock of dental equipment at different levels of medical institutions in Liaoning Province, but there were significant differences among hospitals in different levels. The high-end oral digital devices were monopolized by imported brands and the domestic dental digital devices were faced with tremendous development opportunities and harsh challenges. Domestic brands Medium-end oral device market occupy a certain market share, the development momentum is good, but the equipment after-sales service satisfaction needs to be further improved, enterprises should increase investment in this to achieve a continuous improvement of oral device performance virtuous circle. Conclusion: We should increase the support for national enterprises, guide the creation and promotion of national brands, and increase the market share of domestic brands. Enterprises should take after-sales maintenance services as an entry point and enhance the national brand image.
