惯性传感器是构成惯性导航系统的核心器件,惯性导航系统的精度与性能取决于陀螺仪和加速度计的性能,其在导航制导技术领域(尤其是国防建设)的需求是该技术拓展新方向的源动力。采用新原理、新技术发展新型高精度、小型化惯性传感器是惯性技术研究与发展的重要方向之一。
Inertial sensors constitute the core of inertial navigation system. The accuracy and performance of inertial navigation systems depend on the performance of gyroscopes and accelerometers. The demand of navigation guidance technology (especially national defense construction) is the source of this new direction of technology development power. The use of new principles and new technologies to develop new high-precision, small-scale inertial sensors are one of the important directions for the research and development of inertial technology.
